1. Identity of the website operator

Onyx Digital Labs LLC (“Onyx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Wyoming Limited Liability Company formed on July 7, 2026, under Wyoming Filing ID 2026-002023747. “Onyx Digital Labs” is its public-facing brand. Its Registered Office is 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

2. Scope and information submitted directly

This policy describes the website’s current data practices. The website does not require an account, sell products, accept payments, or provide a public contact form. Visitors cannot currently submit personal information directly through the website.

3. Technical information processed

Hosting, content-delivery, DNS, and security infrastructure may automatically process technical request information such as an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages and assets, timestamps, referrer information, and security events.

A technical review completed on October 29, 2026 found no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, external fonts, embedded third-party services, form submissions, Netlify Functions, or other application endpoints. The website loads only its own pages, images, stylesheet, script, favicon, and an inline structured-data block.

4. Purposes and legal bases

Technical request information may be processed to:

  • deliver website pages and assets;
  • maintain availability, performance, and security;
  • diagnose technical problems and prevent abuse; and
  • comply with applicable legal requirements.

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, potential legal bases may include legitimate interests in delivering and protecting this informational website and legal obligation where processing is required by law. Any reliance on legitimate interests must be documented and balanced against the rights and freedoms of visitors. Onyx does not currently rely on consent for analytics or marketing technology because those technologies are not present.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The current website code does not set cookies and does not write to local storage or session storage. A live browser review also found no cookie set by the current Netlify response. The website does not use analytics, advertising, or marketing trackers.

Because no non-essential browser storage or tracking technology is currently used, the website does not display a cookie-consent banner. This position must be reviewed before any analytics, advertising, embedded media, or similar technology is introduced.

6. Service providers and recipients

Netlify provides hosting, deployment, content-delivery, and security infrastructure and may process technical request data in connection with those services under its applicable agreements and privacy documentation.

Websupport manages the official domain’s registration and DNS configuration. When the custom domain is active, DNS and related network infrastructure may process technical query information required to route visitors to the website.

7. International data transfers

Onyx is based in the United States, and its infrastructure providers may operate in multiple countries. Technical information may therefore be processed outside a visitor’s country. Any transfer mechanism or contractual safeguard depends on the applicable law and the current arrangements with the relevant provider.

8. Retention

Onyx does not maintain a website inquiry database, visitor account database, advertising profile, or analytics history. Any technical records made available through infrastructure services should be kept only as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, security, troubleshooting, or legal obligations.

Provider-controlled log-retention periods are governed by current provider settings, contracts, and operational practices. Onyx does not set those provider-controlled periods.

9. Privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or a complaint to a supervisory authority. These rights are not absolute and may depend on whether Onyx holds information that can be linked to the requester.

Privacy inquiries may be sent through the official corporate contact listed in section 14 below.

10. Security

The website uses technical measures intended to support secure delivery, including HTTPS on its hosting endpoint and restrictive browser-security headers. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

This website is intended as general corporate information and is not designed for children. It does not include features intended to solicit personal information from children.

12. External links

If the website links to a third-party website, that third party controls its own content and privacy practices. This policy does not govern external websites.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website or legal obligations evolve. The effective date above shows when the current version took effect. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate notice.

14. Contact

Corporate and privacy inquiries may be sent to contact@onyxdigitallabs.com. Please do not send sensitive information unless it is necessary for your request.
